Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
Represent Sutherland Global at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote employer branding and attract potential candidates.
Qualifications:
Mater's degrese in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven 1+ years of experience in bulk hiring, particularly in the BPO industry, with a strong track record of success.
In-depth knowledge of the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Familiarity with campus hiring procedures and experience in coordinating recruitment events at educational institutions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
Willingness to travel as needed for recruitment activities, approximately 80% of the time.
