Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and onboard high volumes of qualified candidates within tight deadlines.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and campus recruitment events.
  • Conduct screening interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify top talent for BPO roles.
  • Coordinate and facilitate bulk interview sessions, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Represent Sutherland Global at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote employer branding and attract potential candidates.

 

Qualifications:

  • Mater's degrese in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 1+ years of experience in bulk hiring, particularly in the BPO industry, with a strong track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with campus hiring procedures and experience in coordinating recruitment events at educational institutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for recruitment activities, approximately 80% of the time.
