• Familiar with Agile Delivery Methodology
• Design and manage complex database solutions for clients
• Lead and mentor a team of database developers and administrators
• Analyze client's data requirements and provide expert advice on database architecture and design
• Manage the entire lifecycle of the database development project, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the database solution meets the client's needs
• Ensure high availability and performance of the database systems

• Strong experience in Camunda design and management
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and other database technologies
• In-depth knowledge of database architecture and performance tuning
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• 5+ years of experience in database design and management
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams
• Track record of delivering successful database projects
• Experience working in a client-facing role
