  • Technical Support on CATIA V5 Application, CATIA V5 Licensing, Installation, Administration -
  • CATIA V5 GA, Service Pack & HF installation and management
  • SIMULIA Abaqus Installation and license Management
  • DSLS & LUM Installation and Configuration
  • Installation and Configuration of Flexnet licensing
  • Good Knowledge of the DS licensing portfolio
  • Able to provide advice to customers for the correct licensing module
  • Manage the customer licenses – License transfer request, License generation request
  • Customer Media management – Provide necessary media to the customer
  • Customer Service Request (bugs coordination with DS)
  • Knowledge of CATIA Macros, Power Copies & Library management
  • Ability to Troubleshoot various applications and system administration-related issues
  • Good knowledge of various OEM Environment setups and configuration
  • Should be able to resolve issues and day-to-day delivery timeline on own
  • Effectively communicate with customer and understand requirement
  • Interaction with customers for technical discussions and value additional suggestions
  • Adhere to given SLA#s and keep the customer satisfaction index high
  • Customer issue management
  • CATIA V5 application – Part Design, assembly, drafting, Surfacing, Tolerance Analysis, DMU Navigator workbench knowledge necessary
