C/C++ Embedded Engineer

Description: Our client is currently seeking a C/C++ Embedded Engineer to work on a hybrid schedule out of Philadelphia, PA.

Minimum Requirements

Strong c/c++ and system level Linux working experience

Full stack development experience Strong Debugging skills and working experience with "gdb", "valgrind" and other tools.

Knowledge of RDK and RDK build frameworks (like Yocto)

Good To Have

 

• Knowledge of Audio and Video decoders
• Knowledge in gStreamer framework and its internals
  
   

Roles & Responsibilities

This role requires the Engineer working with Cross-Team component owners at times to help drive deliverables related to Xumo TV program , Triaging & Bug fixing issues , System Integration efforts and some development on components the team owns. Also involves working with QA, Release management and product teams are some of the responsibilities in addition to the above
