Job Description:
Scope of the work includes:
- Collaborate with Island Health staff, Cerner Ops, PM team managing Location rebuild schedule and build with aligning to Island Health best practices.
- Work as part of a team, assisting team members with tasks to keep deliverables on schedule, attend regularly
- scheduled team scrum meetings.
- Works with vendor representative where necessary.
- Validate the Oracle Health Canadian Reference model.
- Raise issues and risks to Project leadership.
- Excellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking and communication skills.
- Excels at working with end users and clients’ partners that are not technical to gather their needs and issues.
- Then getting that information to engineers and programmers to meet and exceed the customers’ expectations.
Qualifications:
- Expert 5 years in Cerner CCL programming.
- Detailed knowledge in Millennium database structure.
- Skills in understanding Millennium applications for example; reporting development and maintenance, rules, and custom rules.
- CCL for scripting, customizations, queries.
- Work with business users on documenting, building, testing and implementing Cerner Millennium solution custom programming decisions.
- Review system requirements and cross application impact for installing patches/fixes provided by the vendor in accordance with change control processes.
- Knowledge transfers and sharing queries, audits developed within Cerner Ops Programing team.
