·         Expertise of 5 years in Cerner CCL programming.

·         In-depth knowledge of Millennium database structure.

·         Skills in understanding Millennium applications, including reporting development and maintenance, rules, and custom rules.

·         Proficient in CCL for scripting, customizations, and queries.

·         Collaborate with business users on documenting, building, testing, and implementing Cerner Millennium solution custom programming decisions.

·         Review system requirements and assess cross-application impact for installing patches/fixes provided by the vendor in accordance with change control processes.

·         Knowledge transfer and sharing queries, audits developed within the Cerner Ops Programming team.

 

Scope of Work:

·         Collaborate with Island Health staff, Cerner Ops, and PM team managing Location rebuild schedule and build, aligning with Island Health best practices.

·         Work collaboratively within a team, assisting team members with tasks to keep deliverables on schedule, attend regularly scheduled team scrum meetings.

·         Collaborate with vendor representatives where necessary.

·         Validate the Oracle Health Canadian Reference model.

·         Raise issues and risks to Project leadership.

·         Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, and communication skills.

·         Excel at working with end-users and clients’ partners who are not technical to gather their needs and issues. Then, communicate that information to engineers and programmers to meet and exceed customer expectations.
