CFD STAR-CCM+ Consultant

Qualifications

Hands on experience with star CCm+ software
Must have Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) experience
4yrs of experience will also work .
Open foam software is desirable

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or equivalent
4+ years of experience in performing CFD simulations, creating and modifying meshes and setting up CFD simulations in ANSA and Star-CCM+
Experience in solving problems related to heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics
Experiences with Under hood ,Thermal management is preferable
Excellent knowledge of ANSA, Star-CCM+
Experience in validating CFD simulations and interpreting results, and presenting results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, focused on achieving project goals, and within project timelines
Perform CAD cleanup, Surface Meshing using ANSA, and Star-CCM+
Perform CFD simulations using Star-CCM+ and Simerics with best practices for accurate computational efficiency.
Demonstrated expertise in Meshing, Model Analysis, Post Processing, and Results Interpretation
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams, and with customers to identify and resolve potential design and engineering issues
Having Good Communication and Written skills
