Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop an Organizational Change Management Plan (OCM Plan) for the OIT CTO Transformation Program, tailoring plans for projects and teams/individuals as needed.
  • Implement best practice change management methodologies, such as Prosci ADKAR, to build stakeholder support and advocate change.
  • Create awareness and desire for change by preparing communication strategies and materials using various delivery methods.
  • Work on change management plans and execution during the Knowledge Stage, ensuring accurate conveyance of process or organizational changes.
  • Build training packages for the roll-out of new standards and procedures.
  • Create dashboards to track metrics and provide Program-level status.
  • Utilize a planning approach to address gaps in the ongoing adoption of new processes and support continuous improvement.

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in designing and executing organizational change management plans.
  • Senior expertise in applying a formal change management process.
  • 3+ years of experience as a communications specialist or technical writer.
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing the Prosci ADKAR Change Management Process.
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT environment with knowledge of ITSM and SDLC management.
  • Experience with organizing and maintaining a WIKI and video creation.
  • Prior state or government experience.

Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:

  • Expertise in the application of Organizational Change Management Methodology.
  • Expertise in applying style guidelines and practices, including accessibility.
  • Expert knowledge of common business applications, such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Visio or Draw IO, and Adobe Acrobat
