Job description:

Provide strategic direction to overall change management principles, practices, and methodologies. Assess current change management support relative to employee population.Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for a large complex program that will be delivered to the agents at the airports across the network in 2024 – 2025.
Work with our in-house change management team, training team and communications team members to recommend, develop and implement an overall change management strategy for the program to increase adoption of the new program releases.

  • Create a strong transition plan to manage the change and ensure a sustainable process is in place to perpetuate the change.
  • Create email announcements, design promotional materials, prepare/conduct briefings and help translate subject matter content into training materials.
  • Coordinate and lead the development of materials such as process guides, fact sheets, job aids, instructional guides.
  • Support the project team to develop stakeholder outreach and engagement efforts to obtain awareness, understanding, management buy-in and support.
  • Coach managers and supervisors.

 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate of Science in Business Administration, Organizational Change Management, communications, Project management or similar field.
  • Experience supporting clients in change management.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
