Duties and Responsibilities

Manages day to day activities of the change management process
Coordinates training and development activities. develops and implement training plans and conducts training sessions
Addresses resistance to change and develops strategies to overcome it.
Creates clear and effective communication messages
Determine the appropriate communication channel to reach stakeholders
Develops communication materials such as presentations, emails and newsletters


Requirements

Experience as Release and Deployment Manager in Banking industry
Minimum 10 years of IT experience
Excellent communication skills
