Chatbot Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support and build Chatbot initiatives
Ensure that up standard scalable framework is formulated for chatbots
Set up end-to-end bot services including environment setup, database setup, chatbot design and build, data logging, and analytics dashboard on Power BI or other analytics tools.
Build chatbots on multiple channels including but not limited to WhatsApp, Teams, mobile app, and or web.
Create solution design document and complete IT Security Risk Assessment
Review and define the development of standard coding guidelines (Cloud Functions) Other Chatbot platforms:
Good knowledge of MS Bot Framework, Azure Services, Dialogflow, and other chatbot platforms in the market.
Bring in perspectives of advanced technologies.
Machine learning, Cognitive Computing, Natural Language Processing, text-to-speech, speech-to-text Analytics, etc. to enhance the transformation opportunity for LoB and extend the conversational interface use cases
