Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth, including lead generation,
funnel management, and sales signups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and delivering
customized solutions to meet those needs.
• Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve
their goals and develop their skills.
• Create and implement sales plans and strategies that align with the company's overall goals
and objectives.
• Explore new channels of lead generation, identify potential new markets and opportunities
for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
• Manage pricing and negotiation of deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral, messaging, and
campaigns that support sales efforts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in global sales in the IT/ITES industry, with a strong track record of
success in hunting and farming of clients.
• Strong understanding of technology, marketing, and sales, with experience in building and
managing sales teams.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth, with excellent
communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to identify and capitalize on new
opportunities for growth.
