About the Profile:
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business.

You will be responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business.

You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company’s technologies are used appropriately. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role.
We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends of PHP & mobile Application and be familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, we’d like to meet you.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ proven Experience as CTO or Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role.
  • Technical background with deep knowledge in technology
  • Eager to learn new technology and expert in RnD
  • Good logic skills

Responsibilities:

  • Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources
  • Set the technical direction for project/product development & delivery
  • Able to work with Project Manager for successful project delivery
  • Maintain code quality standard
  • Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
  • Create and execute a strategic plan; identify the exact resources necessary to put the plan into action
  • Outline the goals for research and development.
  • Able to manage 50+ team members  including Project manager, team leader, software engineers.
  • Build quality assurance , data protection processes and other processes
  • Monitor KPIs and  budgets to assess technological performance
  • Use stakeholders- feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
  • Able to handle Sale query and will be responsible for Pre sale
