Qualifications
•The ideal candidate will possess excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
•They should be proficient in drafting petitions, responsive pleadings, conducting discovery (including depositions), and making court appearances
Requirements:
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
4-10 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil litigation
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Professional demeanor with the ability to inspire client confidence
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and legal research tools like Lexis/Nexis
