What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage a team to plan, execute and turn over Structural, Civil and Architectural work.
  • Develop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved.
  • Develop funding requests for new projects.
  • Present project status to executive leadership
  • Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs.
  • Quickly respond to queries and drive timely technical resolutions
  • Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree (MS preferred) or related 10+ years field experience. 
  • Experience as a Construction Manager on +100M industrial or commercial construction projects.
  • Supervising steel erection, roof decking and other core & shell components
  • Knowledge of AISC, ACI and ASTM standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite products, Bluebeam and PlanGrid
  • Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field to ensure project objectives are being met.
