Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Prospecting:

Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and other prospecting tools.
Research and identify potential clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of services/Individual Contributer (IC) roles.
Proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales lifecycle and support alignment with all groups within BlueCloud.
Business Value and Requirements:

Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
Document and develop champions and team alignment to coordinate mapping from these areas of
opportunity to the technical delivery.
Identify opportunities to support the prospect or client within our core area through our Resource
Support, Project, Managed Service and Blended delivery methodology.
Client Growth and Upselling:

Identify opportunities for upselling additional support to existing clients.
Collaborate with the Account Executive team to expand client accounts and maximize revenue.
Communication and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in customer facing role within the technology space, preferably in an account
executive or account management role
Desire to learn and willing to creatively pursue opportunities within the BlueCloud prospecting framework
Understanding of technology, data, analytics, data science, data engineering and the business value that is delivered through these roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and spoken English
Proven ability to manage multiple short- and long-term tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term client satisfaction.
Previous experience managing pipeline and full-lifecycle sales process

ANY GRADUATE
