Description

Responsibilities: 

Develop one-on-one relationships with customers both internal and external

Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs

Serve as the customers primary point of contact and own any issues that arise that vary in complexity

Provide support on various computer systems

Participate in special projects including training and support of internal and external contacts

Requirements: 
High School Diploma at a minimum

2+ years of experience working in a client/customer service or call center role

1+ years of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems

Broker/dealer knowledge of opening new accounts 

Desired: 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

1+ years of work experience working in Financial Services

2+ years of experience delivering excellent service and problem resolution


The hybrid schedule calls for candidates to report to the below location twice per week: 

El Segundo, CA
