Key Responsibilities:

 

Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor cloud services and applications for performance bottlenecks, uptime, and responsiveness.
Data Analysis: Analyze cloud usage data, performance metrics, and cost reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Security Compliance: Ensure cloud services comply with security standards, implement security best practices, and conduct regular audits and assessments.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve cloud-related issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Automation: Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud operations and workflows.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, procedures, and best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including developers, engineers, and stakeholders, to support cloud-based initiatives and projects.
Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our cloud environment.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on cloud-related tools, processes, and technologies.
 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, services, deployment models, and best practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools.
Experience with cloud monitoring and management tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Google Cloud Monitoring).
Knowledge of networking concepts, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Google Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus.
