Primary responsibility:

Principal engineer to go technical deep and helping operations team to resolve incidents in timely manner. Optimizing operations practices with engineering solutions.

 

JD:

o Catalyst role in improving operations practices, migrating to new practices with cleanup & simplification

o Defining process and improving adoption on best practices

o Facilitating thoroughly on incident management calls to help Private cloud and public cloud operations teams.

o technical contribution – Operational readiness review/assessment deliverables,

o Validation operations activities and fixing the deviations/exceptions
