Job Description

Responsibilities

• Transforming the Business from legacy ordering Tools to world class ERP like Oracle/SAP and Manhattan Scale and help Business Achieve the productivity at a faster pace.
• Working as Senior Principal Architect to partner with the Business and IT program teams to design, document, partner with the SOA team to deliver, test and launch interfaces that link key applications to the Parts and Services Divisions.
• Integration Architecture Analysis with all existing IT Platforms (Legacy/In House/ Third Party Applications) and Data Flow requirements/Analysis Supporting the Business functionality as per the domain functions like Supply Chain/ Sourcing/Manufacturing/Warehousing/Shipping.
• Deep Dive Blue Print Analysis with enterprise architectures, integration models and technologies
• Expert Knowledge on Oracle Fusion Applications/ Oracle E-Business Suite R12 implementation/ support /WIP/Costing/Manufacturing/Oracle Shop Floor Management/Oracle QA/ Manufacturing Scheduling/EAM/Purchasing/ Warehousing/OM/Oracle Process Manufacturing.
• Deliver new Functional/business ideas from inception to functional design and make them reality in Cloud/On-Prem ERP Applications.
• AS-IS Analysis and GAP Identification to emerge at CEMLI Tracker
• Perform Requirements analysis
• Prepare functional documentation including Business Requirement Documents, Functional Design Documents, and product use cases to drive Product activity
• Design and Build Strategic reports from various functions
• Design and Build Strategic Dashboards/Reconciliation Analysis and Reports
• Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other teams.
• Responsible for Open Issue List/Tracker maintenance and control in his/her region
• Responsible for analysis, design, implementation and testing of Oracle E-Business Suite following all applicable standards with strong Knowledge of Distribution or Oracle Supply Chain modules

• Hands on experience on Functional Manual Testing along with Automation tools like silkrunner/QTP/Winrunner( HP)
• Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Purchasing activities
• Ensure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and in order to Implement change and improvements
• Architect the Business Applications to be in line with Latest Market Technologies like IOT/Cloud and Bots and also ensure that security of applications is taken care
• Managing successfully the SCM Team and Leading in Both Oracle Cloud and ON-Prem Projects of various global clients and also meeting the profit margins and meeting say do ratio without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction
• Successfully managed and implemented multiple IT projects for Supply Chain Management and enhancements in Agile & waterfall methodologies to existing systems to customer’s satisfaction.
• Estimating, evaluating, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring and controlling of projects varied under multiple modules and platforms.
• Team development & hiring basing on requirement analysis coupled with core training functions to ensure optimal delivery standards.
• Performing multi level functions of mentoring teams & hires, conducting performance appraisals and providing technical lead assistance for projects across multiple segments.
• Actively involved into System Design, Development, Analysis and technical documentation performing requirement analysis by identifying & understanding
• Client Requirements.
  • Consulting & Implementation expertise in Incident, Problem & Change Management through IT Service Management tools.
• Delivering results using analytical and strategic thinking, while being effectively skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions by excellent judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Application of management techniques in devising state of the art strategies for technical excellence and business development.
• Handling project management & consulting through all phases of a project starting with system design through development, testing and deployment.
• Maintaining excellent presentation skills and training expertise with ability to handle cost-effective operations presenting results optimally to the client/organization.

Education

• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
