Roles and Responsibilities

Participate in technical discussion, provide consultative services to customer, guide the team based on requirements for delivery, Provide Azure technical design and thought leadership

Proven experience in migrating one Azure tenant/subscription workloads to another tenant and On-prem infra to Azure landscape

Must have experience with designing and deploying solutions in Azure at enterprise scale, with good automation skills, Understand the customers business & application requirements and translate them into system / technical requirements

Experience with private & public cloud architectures, pros/cons, and migration considerations, implementation features (OS, multi-tenancy, virtualization, orchestration, elastic scalability)

Extensive hands-on experience implementing infra migration, data migration and data processing using Azure services: Networking, Windows/Linux virtual machines, Container, Storage, ELB, Autoscaling, Azure Functions, Serverless Architecture, ARM Templates, Azure SQL DB/DW, Data Factory, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Analysis Service - Must have experience in Azure IaaS and Azure active directory

Proven experience assessing client’s workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability, develop business case and Cloud adoption

Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to Cloud and overall industry to provide thought leadership (seminars, whitepapers etc.,) and mentor team to build necessary competency

Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with key stakeholders in client organization

Well versed with third party DevOps such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, docker repository, terraform, and ansible, Azure Security policy, Azure DevOps, AKS, Azure WAF, networking and ingress controller, Good knowledge of working with Kafka, Datadog is added advantage

Educate customers on best practices to ensure their solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud

Demonstrate leadership ability to back decisions with research and the "why," and articulate several options, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation

Understand the data requirements, source data landscape of the project and architect the solution with required solution components

Hands-on experience in designing cost-efficient, fault-tolerant and scalable distributed systems on Azure. Understand the data processing requirements like batch computing, stream computing needs and design the solution on Azure stack

Overall 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in Azure

Must be well versed with automation on the cloud (both infrastructure and application deployments)

Should have experience with Migrations & Hybrid Environments

Hand-on experience on Azure Service

Bachelor's Degree
