Cloud Architect

Responsibilities
We are looking for a Cloud Architect interested in:

● Solving technical challenges e.g. scalability, reliability and performance 
● Collaboration with Agent Assist engineering team to integrate Agent Assist Backend into enterprise customers’ legacy systems. 
● Supporting customers on architecture reviews to provide technical details on how Agent Assist integration with customers’ existing Cloud or on-prem infrastructure. 
● Bringing customers’ challenges first hand to the Engineering team to improve on the product feature.
● Authoring integration playbook to scale for more integration needs.

Minimum Qualifications
You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job:

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 
● Very familiar with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). 
● Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub, Redis Memorystore, Secret Manager, Cloud Run, Authentication (e.g. OAuth2). 
● Experience with scalable networking technologies (such as Load Balancers, Firewalls) and web standards (e.g. REST APIs, web security mechanisms). 
● Working knowledge of container technologies (such as Kubernetes, Docker). 
● 5 years of industry experience with Cloud Architecture design and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications 

Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable: 

● Familiarity with multiple Cloud providers, e.g. Azure, AWS 
● Good communication and collaboration skills. 
● The will and ability to learn are the key.
