BAU support for Azure cloud.

Assisting PMO initiatives like cloud migration and digital uplift with prod/ non prod environments with Azure expertise.

L3 support for M365, Sharepoint, exchange online and other Azure native applications.

Ongoing Azure cloud environment management – All Azure Subscriptions.

Reporting on Azure cloud utilization & Optimisation – compute, DB etc (pricing and licensing).

Ability to setup and monitor alerts, Azure monitor, security and sentinel dashboards.

User administration for Azure tenancy, subscription and applications.

Knowledge of Collaboration tools like Jira/confluence. TSC tools like ServiceNow

Must be certified in Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration

Liaison with/escalation to vendors for L3/L4 Azure cloud issues
