We are looking for a Cloud Program Analyst, to work across the Service Delivery Department

(Product, Engineering, Site Reliability and Operations), to dive in and develop an

understanding of company's cloud infrastructure and tools and their and related costs, to analyze the data, and develop, modify and maintain cloud cost and utilization dashboards and reporting to understand the current state and make optimizations.

 

Candidate should have project management and Cloud cost reporting and optimizing experience.

 

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Notice: Period Immediate to max 20 days

Timings: Flexible to work with US counterparts

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Be responsible for cloud infrastructure cost and capacity reporting and forecasts, on a
    weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Work with Service Delivery Teams (Site Reliability and Operations, Products and Engineering)
    to identify cost reduction opportunities, develop and maintain cost reduction roadmap and
    programs
  • Responsible for working with the Service Delivery teams to understand the future cloud service demand/cost forecast.
  • Project/Program Management and support key projects across the Service Delivery Department
  • Facilitate and support an environment of cross communication and accountability for Service Delivery Department initiatives • Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

 

  • Experience with CloudHealth, AWS, AWS Cost Explorer, Azure, Azure Cost Management, and
    Datadog
  • Proven experience with analyzing existing capacity and trend analysis, cost optimization and
    ability to Produce reports and analysis for AWS & Azure using tools like AWS Cost Explorer,
    CloudHealth, Datadog, etc.
  • Experience with optimizing cloud costs, understanding workload requirements, and driving efficiencies.
  • Understanding of cloud components and native cloud cost reporting. • Experience performing cloud cost reporting.
  • Certifications from AWS highly desirable • Team player, receiving and giving feedback as well as sharing knowledge
  • Can-do attitude: challenging status, leading, and contributing to key improvements and
    innovations, while maintaining accountability
  • Project Management Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal US English communication skills

Education and Qualifications:

 

  • BE Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Business, or equivalent degree
  • Agile Project management certification (CSM, PMI-ACP), or equivalent knowledge a plus
