Oracle DBA that has experience with AWS and Financial DB’s, Oracle DB 19c required.

We are waiting for more details but it looks like they will be setting up a financial crimes Database in AWS.
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Database Admin/Engineer who is ready to set up the Financial Crimes databases in the AWS Cloud.
The ideal candidate has experience in architecting and designing greenfield database setup in the Cloud leveraging Cloud native services.

Objectives of this role
Work in tandem with the engineering team, building highly available and scalable databases in the cloud using Cloud native solutions
Manage database cloud environments, accesses and permissions in accordance with company security guidelines
Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale
Responsibilities
Architect and design the Cloud database solution, archival strategy, build and set up
Develop and implement database backup and recovery
Monitor database performance, conduct regular performance tuning, and optimize queries for maximum efficiency
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as database backups, index rebuilding, and statistics gathering
Develop and implement data security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect private/sensitive data
Conduct database capacity planning to anticipate future storage and performance need
Implement and maintain database monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve issues
Required skills and qualifications
Three or more years of experience as a Database Administrator, building and running database using cloud native services
Strong knowledge of DBMS such as Oracle and Postgres
Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance
Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure
Experience with SAFe Agile
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or mathematics
AWS certification
