Description

Summary:
The Senior Engineer primary responsible for the Microsoft environment including Office 365, Azure AD and
Azure environment. They will also have knowledge and experience with AWS. They will also provide
escalated support to the Help Desk Technicians and employees who are using software, hardware, or other
computer systems and need help completing tasks.


They must have sufficient technical knowledge with cloud solutions and be able to communicate effectively
to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and composed٫ to
deal with demanding customers.


Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review all aspects of the Azure environment.
• Manage Office 365\Microsoft Teams\SharePoint and Azure.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune.
• Provides overall monitoring of the standards, procedures, and integration of systems through Azure Cloud Architecture design.
• Review all aspects of the AWS environment.
• Performs day-to-day activities required to manage cloud services (AWS, Azure), utilizing a broad set of tools to manage and administrate cloud infrastructure including resolving Incidents and problem tickets.
• Document the Cloud infrastructure.
• Provide phone and helpdesk support for local and off-site employees if necessary.
• Diagnose system errors and other issues.
• Project manage larger implementations using a cloud Project management solution.
• Utilize ticket tracking system to document all support incidents.
• Assist with maintaining inventory of hardware, software and support assets.
• Advise and mentor Help Desk Technicians.
• Support software applications, including troubleshooting programs, testing, and applying new software releases.
• An advanced understanding of Cybersecurity technologies. (MFA, DUO, MDM, etc.)
• Meet SLA’s, KPI’s and Metrics as defined.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Information Technology field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing and maintaining a Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environment.
• Microsoft Azure Certifications.
• AWS Certifications.
• Advanced understanding of computer systems٫ mobile devices٫ and other tech products.
• Ability to diagnose and solve advanced technical issues.
• Must have great attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be motivated, organized, and work well under pressure.
• Must be able to work well without direct supervision.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
