Job Description
Create documentation, including technical guides and procedures, to ensure knowledge transfer and assist in training to team members on automation processes

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud automation scripts, tools, and deployments

Ansible, and Terraform to automate network configuration, provisioning, and management tasks

Collaborate with customer engineering teams to gather requirements and automation tasks align with business objectives and operational needs

Create Ansible playbooks to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments

Project related work and help to operations support team

Ability to solve complex technical problems and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision

Ability to support project team to prioritize activities and provide deliverables as planned

Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability as user demands grow
