Creation/change of Master Data entities such as Equipment and Functional Location
Creation/change SAP PM Data including single-cycle/multi-cycle maintenance plan
Follow BGC standards, processes and procedures when building; Asset Register, Spare/Materials Register, PMs and PMLs
Perform system/data analyze and improve and maintain SAP
Coordinate with projects to ensure quality for upload files
Relevant document upload to SharePoint and SAP
PM planning and scheduling with Forward log and backlog analysis of orders
Use of self-assessment to perform QC to make deliverables error free
Review structure and naming standards of the Asset Register build
Create, review and verify Maintenance Build (Maintenance Plans / Maintenance Items / Task Lists / Materials on tasks) and alignment to approved maintenance strategies.
