Job description:
·         Working experience with Cognos - v12 in an AWS environment
·         Cognos Embedded analytics experience embedding Cognos on React pages
·         Experience with Cognos security, specifically integrating SAML along with Identity Providers and Service Providers for enhanced security
·         Experience with performance tuning of Cognos dashboards/reports using caching, server config, query optimization, etc.
·         Experience with Cognos installs on AWS using Terraform
·         Exposure to dynamic cubes for OLAP analytics in Cognos

·         Specialist where they need V12, AWS, guide dev team on performance challenges
·         Performance tuning of cognos dashboards
·         Tuning configurations on the servers- make sure dashboards can perform to expectations
·         Cognos dashboard are embedded, running on React (web pages build on react) embed the cognos dashboards
·         Experience in embedding into react through Cognos SDK or widgets
·         Security
·         Experience with Cognos installs on AWS using Terraform - PLUS, NOT REQUIRED
·         Exposure to dynamic cubes for OLAP analytics in Cognos - PLUS, NOT REQUIRE
·         Could have other methods to accomplish the same thing a cube would provide too
·         So might not even have cube experience, could have performance optimized data marts that cognos can read from.
