Experience - 3 to 5 years as PM


Location - Mumbai (Hybrid Model)


Is responsible for the delivery of projects across multiple functional groups and manages stakeholders' needs, is the single voice of the project to all stakeholders.


Owns the Project, its plan and deliverables.


Planning


Plans through collaboration across functional teams to create simple business cases and independently collate project plans with an appropriate planning tool


Stakeholder Management


Maps out stakeholder lists, consults on stakeholder requirements and pro-actively manage stakeholders needs and seek feedback. Escalating only to resolve complex stakeholder issues. Works with a number of stakeholders that may include regional/global stakeholders


Communications


Recommends and agrees the level of communications appropriate for the project/program being delivered across functions with key stakeholders


Uses consistent tools and templates and requires minimal feedback on messages delivered to audiences


Risk Management


Risk and issue management, planning and responses are identified at an appropriate level for the project complexity and risk management


Captures risks and proactively puts plans in place to mitigate exposure to risks"


Project / Program Delivery


Is responsible for the delivery of projects across multiple functional groups


Resource Management (people, finances etc.)


Produces resource/cost plans and estimates


Tracks costs to plan, and manages changes to plans


With support will remediate issues with external suppliers and contractors"


Abilities


Experience of working in fast-paced organizations with the ability to align to changing priorities


Ability to work to deadlines and manage conflicting priorities


Establish trust with project staff and develop strong working relationships.


Identify cross functional dependencies and work with relevant department stakeholders to co-ordinate and prioritize activities.


Has a basic technical knowledge of designated products/processes


Handles escalations with close guidance from a leader/manager


Resolves issues with close guidance from leader/manager


Typical daily tasks


Creating plans using templates, tailoring as required to meet the project requirements.


Follow up with team to ensure execution against plans within agreed time frame.


Regular management reporting on the status of projects.


Capturing and managing issues to resolution


Proactively provide updates to management on the tasks that you are assigned.


Provide input to the development of key learnings from each sub project.


Liaise with global project managers to obtain information as required and prepare slide decks as required


Identify areas of improvement, document the issue and provide suggestions on how to address it.
