Description

Qualification:

  • Candidates must have extensive experience in Compute Tech stacks, including server storage in both data centers and cloud environments.
  • He should demonstrate proven success in leading significant migrations and modernization initiatives from traditional data centers to cloud platforms, particularly Azure and Google Cloud.

Compute Architecture Design:

  • Design and architect scalable and resilient compute infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements and performance objectives.
  • Develop architectural blueprints, design specifications, and implementation plans for compute technology stacks.
  • Data Center and Cloud Expertise:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in data center and cloud computing technologies, including server storage, virtualization, and containerization.
  • Assess, analyze, and recommend appropriate compute platforms and configurations for on-premises and cloud deployments.
  • Migration and Modernization:
  • Lead migration and modernization initiatives to transition workloads and applications from traditional data centers to cloud platforms.
  • Develop migration strategies, conduct feasibility assessments, and execute migration plans with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Cloud Platform Proficiency:
  • Demonstrate expertise in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including compute services, storage options, and networking capabilities.
  • Architect hybrid and multi-cloud solutions to optimize performance, cost, and scalability across diverse cloud environments.
  • Performance Optimization:
  • Optimize compute infrastructure performance and resource utilization through capacity planning, performance tuning, and workload optimization.
  • Implement monitoring and analytics tools to track system performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Ensure compute infrastructure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including data security and privacy regulations.
  • Implement security best practices, access controls, and encryption mechanisms to safeguard sensitive data and resources.
  • Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and application developers, to align compute infrastructure with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
