Job Description:

Pay Range $20hr - $23hr

  • To answer calls and respond to emails within our IT Call Center from users regarding technical issues they're experiencing may it be hardware/software.

Skills:

  • Software (Windows 10/11, MS O365, Adobe) and Hardware (Laptops/Printers/Scanners).

Abilities:

  • Professional, respectful, provide great customer service with verbal communication and writing ability.
  • Able to work well with other team staff.

Education:

  • High School; Technical Degree/Certificate Program.
