- Hardware swaps, in place upgrades, customer focused work

- Asset management responsibilities, cable management, needs people that can speak to end users.

Some of the devices need to be upgraded to Windows 11

Some have McAfee that need to be removed

Some may require reimage

Principal Responsibilities:

Deploy / Install equipment and software within clinical facilities

Update asset tracking inventory in accordance with work instructions

Resolve reported incidents in the software & hardware environment

Must be able to lift desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other IT related equipment
