Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects, Configuration Specialists and Tester Team (Leads)

Contribute to knowledge management and ensure quality of knowledge, including solution documentation and knowledge base

Hands on experience with ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Knowledge Management)

Powershell/Python basic knowledge (desirable)

JavaScript basic knowledge (desirable)

Windows Stack (MS SQL, IIS)

SAFe Certification is an advantage (will be mandatory after joining)
