Consultant Project Management Office (m/w/d)

In your exciting role in multi-project management at iC Consult, you will actively support the management and the Project Management Office. Working closely with management and project managers, your high level of commitment will make a decisive contribution to the success of our projects and your inspiring dynamism will bring a breath of fresh air to the team to ensure efficient and successful project implementation.

This means in concrete terms:

• You play an active role in overall project planning and management at iC Consult
• By supporting resource planning, you ensure that projects are carried out methodically and effectively in collaboration with project managers and management
• You prepare business analyses, status reports, project documentation and evaluate project key figures  for our management and various target groups of our customers
• Together with our management, you will bring in fresh ideas, develop convincing presentations , process tenders and create offers to further expand our success
• You are an indispensable supporter of management in all operational and administrative matters to ensure that our projects run smoothly
• As part of your work, you quickly take responsibility for your tasks and are proactive in execution to ensure a positive impact on the company and the projects

Short checklist of what you bring with you

• You have a degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained practical experience in the Project Management Office area and bring this knowledge to relevant projects
• You are enthusiastic about agile projects and live professional project management
• Thanks to your excellent presentation and communication skills , you are able to convey complex information effectively and have a perfect command of PowerPoint and Excel
• You have a strong affinity for IT and a profound understanding of complex interrelationships in order to successfully meet the challenges of our industry
• Ideally, you have NetSuite OpenAir knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German and English round off your profile and enable smooth communication at all levels
