Consultant - Project Manager

We have an immediate need to for seasoned Consultant with a technical background and good SQL and ETL skills. In this position, you will be working with the Business and will be the point of contact to the one leading the Data Warehouse. Must have domain knowledge in Cloud Computing and investigative skills.

The role will interface between the business users and the company that built and is supporting data warehouse. So, very little actual development but lots of data investigations, and help business/staff understand how to get the data that they need. This role will also be assisting with UAT on releases and defining requirements for future needs.

Supplier will provide one FTE Data Engineer to support:

· Data Strategy, Governance, Integration, and Reporting for Company's Neurology and Immunology, business units

· Other tasks as needed by Commercial Data Operations

The Scope of work is:

· Building and analyzing data pipelines to ingest and export data between internal and external systems

· Automate data pipelines and monitor for issues

· Ensuring adherence to data processing SLAs

· Support the deployment, integration and testing of data workflows and pipelines

· Designing and building framework for data workflow orchestration and standardization; including

monitoring, restarts, notifications, e.t.c.

· Collaborating with internal and external team members on data extracts, documentation,

automation, data modeling and data solutions

· Configuring and modifying operational files for data ingestion

· Monitoring and analyzing data pipelines to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

The Data Engineer will report to Commercial Data Operations and perform tasks as deemed necessary by Commercial Data Operations.

Must have excellent communication skills and investigative skills.
