Job Description:

  • SuccessFactors experience Minimum 2 End-to-end implementation experience in SF Employee Central.
  • Must be certified Should have in-depth understanding of EC data models Should be adept in configuring EC workflows, writing complex business rules
  • Define business requirements and perform a fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Time off and Time sheet Solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of the Employee Central Time off and Timesheet and related modules
