Responsibilities 
Client Consultation: Understanding the client's needs, company culture, and the specific requirements of the executive role to be filled.
Market Research: Conducting in-depth research to identify potential candidates and market trends, including talent mapping within the industry.
Candidate Sourcing: Leveraging networks, databases, and industry knowledge to source high-caliber candidates who meet the client's criteria.
Candidate Assessment: Evaluating candidates through interviews, background checks, and other assessment methods to determine their suitability for the role.
Negotiation and Offer Management: Assisting with salary negotiations, benefits, and other terms of employment to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
Onboarding Support: Providing guidance and support during the candidate's transition into the new role, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Post-Placement Follow-Up: Checking in with both the client and the placed executive after the placement to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
