Job Description: Have 6+ years of experience in Contact Centre

Hands-on experience of 3+years on Work Force Management (any product of WFM)

Must Have Listed Knowledge Of

Forecasting: Estimating future workload.
Staffing: Determine the staffing levels or the number of agents required per interval.
Scheduling and Rostering: Creating shift schedules and rosters (list of agents, teams, and etc.)
Traffic Management.
