Responsibilities Content Architecture
Contributes to content audits · Supports global activity and database maintenance of customer references Content Management Process and Systems (CMS) ·
Works within the content management process and systems as needed Creative Direction and Implementation ·
Coordinates creative activities Content Creation, Copywriting and Copyedit·
Supports with editing, proofreading and improve content Localization, Translation and Adaptation ·
Works on content localization, translation and adaptation Content Testing and Defect Remediation·
Tests specific content for operational efficacy and calls out defects to be fixed Multi-Media Content Delivery·
Uploads content to repositories and distributing to cross functional teams and regions Stakeholder Management and Communication·
Builds relationships and works effectively within the organization and across functions.
Attends periodic cross-functional meetings to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration and progress around content best practices and challenges·
Identifies and provides input to key stakeholders throughout the company, and across regions and countries·
Ensures alignment in cross-functional priorities·
