Content Migration Specialist with 5+ years’ experience, expertise in OpenText solutions. The Content Migration Specialist will play a key role in migrating content from systems to OpenText platforms, ensuring the seamless transfer of data and documents while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Technical Skills:
· Proven experience as a Content Migration Specialist or similar role, with expertise in migrating content using OpenText platforms.
· Experience with content management concepts, including metadata management, taxonomy design, versioning, and document lifecycle management.
· In-depth knowledge of OpenText Content Suite, Documentum, or other OpenText products, including configuration, customization, and administration.
· Analyze existing content repositories, data structures, and metadata schemas to assess migration feasibility and complexity.
· Develop migration strategies, project plans, and timelines to ensure successful content migration within defined timelines and budgets.
· Configure and customize OpenText Content Suite, Documentum, or other OpenText platforms to align with business requirements and migration objectives.
· Design and implement data mappings, transformation rules, and migration scripts to migrate content from source systems to OpenText platforms.
· Optimize content migration processes, workflows, and automation scripts to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime. D
· Execute content migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, loading, and validation.
· Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated content by conducting data quality checks and validation tests.
· Resolve data migration issues, errors, and discrepancies in collaboration with IT teams, business users, and external vendors.
· Document migration processes, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge transfer and training for stakeholders.

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.

Qualification:
