Understand customer goals, business requirements and technical constraints to craft something memorable and actionable.   

Create original ideas and unexpected solutions that uphold the personality and intent of the Citi tone of voice.   

Simplify the customer experience through succinct, thoughtful and enjoyable microcopy.   

Experiment with new technology and digital creative tools.   

Develop content strategies through site audits, competitive assessments, user testing and analytics.   

UX writing concentrating on web and mobile experiences with an understanding of responsive design 

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX) to improve discoverability and engagement 

Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks based on established style guides.   

Support, develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders.     

 

Qualifications:   

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, English, Journalism, or creative-focused field.   

7+ years professional experience writing for web and mobile experiences with an understanding of responsive design, iOS and Android platforms.   

Portfolio that demonstrates solid digital experience and UX writing. Additional examples of advertising or marketing campaigns is a plus.   

Excellent grammar and spelling.   

Experience presenting objectives, design approach and work to internal stakeholders, senior leadership and creative partners.   

Working knowledge of MS 365, InVision, Sketch, Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite.   

Appreciation for interaction design, site architecture and intuitive user interfaces.
