Content Writer

Essential Job Functions
Research, plan, and develop technical content on a wide range of infrastructure topics, including backup solutions, storage technologies, Unix/Linux administration, networking protocols, VMware virtualization, and Windows server environments

Write and edit technical documentation, user guides, API references, troubleshooting guides, release notes, and other support materials for our products and services

Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content

Translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language for both technical and non-technical audiences

Develop and maintain content templates, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all technical documentation

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in infrastructure and IT operations

Improve the quality and effectiveness of technical content

Qualifications:

Relevant Exp: 8+ Years
