Job Description:
- Use technical expertise in the development of machine installation and modification plans.
- Prepare, troubleshoot, and confirm equipment at vendors site and/or in Production Engineering lab during project preparation, equipment runoff, and during project installation phase with focused activity to ensure safety and quality compliance standards are met.
- Performs online and offline PLC programming.
- Primary support to NAMCs for auxiliary equipment (robot teaching, handling device adjustment) for new die introduction.
- Periodic support to NAMCs to investigate and countermeasure mass production problems.

- Press mechanics Understanding.
- Root cause analysis & c/m determination
- Good communication skills to work in a team environment with internal and external customers.
- Fundamental knowledge of mechanics of materials.
- Fundamental knowledge of tooling and machining.
Additional skills preferred:
- Robot programming
- Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems Understanding
- 2-year Technical Degree +1-year heavy equipment and/or press experience or 3 years heavy equipment and/or press experience
