Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and optimizing Dialogflow agents
  • Selecting the best agent type (Dialogflow CX or ES) for each project
  • Building webhooks in Python or Node.js for advanced dialogues
  • Leveraging ML to improve chatbot responses and performance
  • Designing user-focused conversation flows and seamless interactions
  • Integrating Dialogflow with various platforms (web, mobile, messaging)
  • Testing and debugging Dialogflow agents to ensure reliability
  • Keeping up-to-date with GCP and Dialogflow advancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • 8+ years in data science, 3+ years in Dialogflow
  • Proficiency in NLP, GCP, and understanding of Dialogflow essentials
  • Bonus: Genesis platform experience for IVR
