Primary Responsibilities

Assist Event Manager with coordination and management from kick-off to after-action review for all external events, conferences, sponsorships, and trade shows

Lead coordination and management from kick-off to after-action review for internal events at NPCIC – Customer Visits, Management Visits, Chef to Chef events, training, and more

Lead coordination and management from kick-off to after-action review of All Food and Beverage “national” celebration events - from International Coffee Day in the lobby to YOCUTA student training events off-site

Support and coordinate the successful and consistent execution of local/regional events (toolkits, etc.)

Creates and owns the trade show calendar, updating it as necessary and communicating to all stakeholders to ensure successful execution

Responsible for ensuring all equipment, technical set up, and product samples are on site in good time for the show, tracking of and shipping of samples as necessary, and receipt by venues

Ensures all events, whether attended or not have accountable category, channel, and sales ownership

Coordinates with exhibition houses to ensure appropriate materials and equipment are available and shipped as needed

Liaising with Archway as necessary on POS materials and ensuring stock levels of key marketing materials are maintained for trade show use

Constantly seeks to improve our presence and impact at all shows

Attends as necessary major events to ensure flawless execution
