Cosmos workload optimization (100 customers)

Application DBA skills to tune application queries and the underlying model.

net SDK and Java SDK for Cosmos/NoSQL

Workload optimization is important as there is a backlog of customer workloads that can be worked on while getting migrations ready for execution.
