Job Description:

             

  • Support users and suppliers in Source to Contract, Procure to Pay system and related business processes in Coupa
  • Hands on experience in Coupa Risk Assess Module
  • Exposure on various Enterprise level applications and it’s integration to Coupa.
  • Ability to assess the integration issues and pass on them to downstream or upstream stakeholders and ensure it gets fixed on time.
  • Liaise with Product (Coupa) team on a need basis and ensure on time resolution to the customer.
  • Support the team in service delivery, quality control, support activities and improvement opportunities Source to Pay Stream
  • Take ownership to refresh and streamline documentation on system and process.
  • Provide metrics/dashboard to the management.
  • In addition, ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned due to changing business needs and to expand the candidate’s scope of experience.

 

Candidate Skill and Experience:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Coupa Application Support or a similar role, ideally in an MNC
  • 2 implementations – End to End Coupa Application
  • Experience in working within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Experience in managing reporting and achieving customer satisfaction
