Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative team in brainstorming, developing, and executing innovative and successful advertising campaigns for KFC across various touchpoints, including traditional media, digital platforms, and social media.
  • Conceptualize and present creative ideas to the client, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the entire creative process, from concept development to execution, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor junior creatives, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and consumer behavior to inform creative strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with account managers, media specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in advertising with a proven track record of success in leading creative teams and developing impactful campaigns for major brands.
  • In-depth understanding of the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry and its marketing dynamics.
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and compelling creative narratives.
  • Excellent portfolio showcasing experience in developing creative campaigns across various media channels.
  • Proficiency in using design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative and results-oriented team player with a passion for creating breakthrough creative work.
