Job Title: Creative Lead

Location: Dallas

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Lead to join our team and take ownership of our creative projects from concept to execution. The Creative Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative and impactful creative solutions that align with our client's objectives and brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the creative team in developing compelling concepts and designs across various mediums, including digital, print, video, and experiential.
  2. Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and target audience.
  3. Provide creative direction and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds client expectations.
  4. Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  5. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, integrating new ideas and techniques into our creative process.
  6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
  7. Review and approve creative deliverables, providing constructive feedback to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure that creative solutions support broader business objectives.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  10. Monitor project performance and metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects across various mediums.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results that drive business impact.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
